When you contact us, it’s helpful for us to know if you’ve linked Unfold to a Squarespace account and, if so, the email address tied to that Squarespace account.
Tip: If you’re contacting us for support and haven’t linked Unfold to a Squarespace account, or if you can’t remember your Squarespace login, include an email address where we can reach you, instead.
Have you created a Squarespace account?
You’ve linked Unfold to a Squarespace account if you’ve:
- Upgraded to Unfold Pro or Unfold Plus
- Created a Bio Site
If neither of those applies, you have the option to link Unfold to a Squarespace account, but don't have to.
Which email address is tied to your Squarespace account?
To find the email address tied to your Squarespace account, look for an email with the subject line "Welcome to Unfold" or "Welcome to Bio Sites". The body of the email includes your login email address.
If you can't find or didn't receive a welcome email, the steps you should follow vary based on the Unfold plan you're using.
Unfold Pro
If you use Unfold Pro, you can find the email address tied to your Squarespace account by tapping Pro, then Account. Your email address is in the Email field.
Unfold Plus or the free version of Unfold
You can check if a particular email is tied to a Squarespace account by trying to log in at squarespace.com/login. It's not possible to find the email address tied to your Squarespace account in the Unfold app if you aren't using Unfold Pro.
