Steps to recover your Unfold password using your email or phone number.

When you create a Squarespace account, you set an email address and password to serve as your login information. You can also associate your Squarespace account with a social account like Google, Apple, or Facebook. The login information for Unfold is the same as your Squarespace account. Unfold password recovery

You can recover your password in the Unfold app at any time.

To recover your account in the Unfold app using your email:

1. At the bottom of the login screen, tap Log in.
2. Tap Can’t log in?
3. Enter your account email address to receive a recovery email.
4. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

To recover your account in the Unfold app using your domain or phone number:

1. At the bottom of the login screen, tap Log in.
2. Tap Can’t log in?
3. Tap Forgot the email address?
4. Enter your phone number.
5. Tap Send Email and follow the recovery instructions.

Note

Fixing password reset email issues

Here's how to prevent and fix common issues that can happen with the password reset email:

• If you don't get this email in a few minutes, check your spam or spam folder.
• If it's not in your spam or spam folder, contact us, and we can ensure you get it.
• If you requested a password reset multiple times, only the most recent reset email will work. To avoid clicking the wrong one, it may help to delete all previous password reset emails.
