Adding 1:1 appointments to your Bio Site

Have your clients book an appointment with you directly from your Bio Site

If you're new to monetizing your time, you can add a 1:1 appointments section to your Bio Site. You can add up to 10 appointments monthly. The 1:1 appointments section isn’t available if you’re using Acuity. If you want to schedule more than ten appointments, you can link your Acuity scheduler. Learn more about Acuity scheduling.

This feature is only available on the Web version at this time.

Add a 1:1 appointments section

To add a 1:1 appointments section from the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Sections panel.
2. Under Audience & Monetization, click 1:1 appointments.
3. Add a title to the Title field.
4. Edit the Button copy field to update the wording on the button.
5. Add a title, image, and description.
6. Under Price & Duration, add the cost of your digital download to the Price field, and select a duration from the drop-down menu.
7. Click Add payment provider and follow the prompts to connect Stripe or Paypal.
8. Under Availability, select the days and times you're available to take appointments.
9. Under Additional Information, enter a note visitors will see on the scheduling page.
10. In the top-right corner, click Update to publish your changes.

Manage 1:1 appointments

To reschedule or delete a 1:1 appointment from the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Sections panel.
2. Under My Site, hover over the appointment you want to edit. 
3. Click X to delete the appointment. 
4. Click the appointment to make edits.
5. In the top-right corner, click Update to publish your changes.

Adding an Acuity Scheduling Links section

To use advanced features like booking more than 10 appointments or scheduling unlimited monthly appointments, link your existing Acuity account using the Acuity Scheduling Links section. If you don't have an account, you can .

To add an Acuity Scheduling Links section from the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Sections panel.
2. Under Audience & Monetization, click Acuity Scheduling.
3. From your Acuity account, copy the URL for your Scheduling page.
4. From your Bio Site editor, paste the URL into the Add Scheduling page URL field.
5. In the top-right corner, click Update to publish your changes. All appointments can be managed from your Acuity account.
