Web: Setting Up Email Notifications in Bio Sites

With Email Notifications, you can auto-send post-purchase emails, like order confirmations, welcome messages or upsell opportunities, immediately after a customer completes a purchase on your Bio Site.

Add an Email Notifications section

To add an enable Email Notifications section using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click the envelope icon to open the Audience panel.
2. Click Create Email Automation.
3. Choose the products that will be sending out post-purchase emails.
4. Add a title to the Name of Email Automation field.
5. Choose your trigger and the timing for the email.
6. Add the content of your email to the Email Title and Email Body fields.

Manage your automations

You can edit or delete your email automations from the Email Automations panel. 

To manage your automations: 

1. In the left navigation menu, click the envelope icon to open the Audience panel.
2. In the Active and Draft sections, click any automation to edit its content and to pause or delete an automation.
