Managing your Bio Site mailing list

Manage or communicate with contacts from your mailing list.

A Bio Site Mailing List section will ‌help you capture your audience from your social media platforms. All customer purchases, including free products, appear in the audience list. Use this guide to learn how to manage your audience list. For information on adding a Mailing List section to your Bio Site, visit Adding Bio Site sections.

View emails and phone numbers

Web

To view contacts in your audience list using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Audience panel.
2. Click the name of an audience member to view their contact information.

App

To view contacts in your audience list:

1. In the Unfold app, tap Bio Sites.
2. If you have multiple Bio Sites, swipe left to view the desired Bio Site.
3. At the top of the screen, tap Audience to view all contacts.

Copy emails and phone numbers

Web

To copy a contact’s information to your clipboard using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Audience panel.
2. Click the name of the contact. 
3. Click to the right of the phone number or email address.  

App

To copy a contact’s information to your clipboard:

1. In the Unfold app, tap Bio Sites.
2. If you have multiple Bio Sites, swipe left to view the desired Bio Site.
3. At the top of the screen, tap Audience to view all contacts.
4. Tap the name of the contact.
5. Tap the copy icon to the right of the phone number or email address.

Send an email

Web

To send an email to a contact in your audience list using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Audience panel.
2. Click the name of the contact.
3. Click Send Email.

App

To send an email to a contact in your audience list:

1. In the Unfold app, tap Bio Sites.
2. If you have multiple Bio Sites, swipe left to view the desired Bio Site.
3. At the top of the screen, tap Audience to view all contacts.
4. Tap the name of the contact.
5. Tap Send Email.

Export contact information

Web

To export the contact information of your audience list using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Audience panel.
2. Click Download CSV.

App

To export the contact information of your audience list:

1. In the Unfold app, tap Bio Sites.
2. If you have multiple Bio Sites, swipe left to view the desired Bio Site.
3. At the top of the screen, tap Audience to view all contacts.
4. Tap Export CSV.

Delete contact records

Web

To delete a contact from your audience list using the web editor:

1. In the left navigation menu, click to open the Audience panel.
2. Click the name of the contact. 
3. Click Delete Member.
4. Click Delete to confirm you wish to delete this contact.

App

To delete a contact from your audience list:

1. In the Unfold app, tap Bio Sites.
2. If you have multiple Bio Sites, swipe left to view the desired Bio Site.
3. At the top of the screen, tap Audience to view all contacts.
4. Tap the name of the contact.
5. Tap the trash icon.
6. Tap Delete to confirm you wish to delete this contact.
